Boudoir Online wanted to expand there offering further afield and take on some of the biggest lingerie and retail brands in the UK but needed a solid and reliable PPC partner to help them achieve this. They required a significant boost in sales at a certain cost to ensure all sales were profitable due to the nature of the products being high-end customers would not be making a purchase every month so cost-per-acquisition was very vital while boosting sales.
The challenge, to begin with, was finding the best way to approach the higher end customer as the products Boudoir Online were selling are very niche and we had to make sure the campaigns were highly targeted and not around generic keywords. We began by creating shopping campaigns in the same structure as the clients' website allowing us strong control over bids on each product. After the sales started coming in we quickly noticed that users on mobile devices were not only researching on mobile but purchasing on mobile. 85% of all sales driven through Google Ads were via mobile this gave us the knowledge to increase the mobile bids and decrease the desktop bids to further enhance ROI.
